Their technical skills are very clear. Even though the LumiTech team has an application framework that they have developed and recommend, we came to them with a framework that fits our architecture better based on our prior built technology, and they were happy to work with it. They also help to guide us to make better decisions going forward, including things like NPM libraries that were better than some of the choices we had made, and helped us to sunset some of the old features that we no longer needed.

Lumitech was engaged to design and build Climber Mountain an AI interview training platform, that gamifies interview preparation for students and career changers.

The Project delivered a fully functional platform ahead of launch. With several outcomes demonstrating early traction.

Climber Mountain has been a ongoing process but once i started working with Lumitech the level of professionalism and regular updates thoughout each hour and day really got the app where it needed to be.

Lumitech found a way to keep things realistic but also made my requests happen!

The scope of work included UI/UX design and full-cycle development of both the restaurant management platform and its mobile application. I was looking for a web design agency that can really instil what our company is in the design & attract/reach our industry partners. Our current website is out dated and doesn't deliver what we can really provide to our partners. They're still developing the site, but they've made sure I was apart of the entire process and they understood my vision perfectly.

I recieved constant communication weekly and sometimes even daily. It really gave me a lot of trust knowing that there was progress and wasn't sitting. We usually have a weekly video call meeting going over everything and I haven't recieved this kind of care with any previous dev company so it was awesome.

I find the communication and care exceed my expectations. I know every single step they're working on and don't have to really worry about anything. If I need any revision to the site, they understand it fully and work on it and show me previews for approvals.

I don't think there's much they can improve on, communcation is more than exceeding, the work is perfect. I first initially saw their portfolio and was stunned which is why I went with them. I also didn't have a full vision but they helped me make it come alive. Thanks to Lumitech's work, our mobile app is much faster and easier to use. We've also looked at the code quality, and it's much better than the prior version. For example, we used to have problems with screens loading, which sometimes took seconds based on the architecture and a mobile-heavy logic. Now, screens load in less than 100 milliseconds on average.Moreover, our compliance rate, which indicates how participants stay engaged on the platform, has grown to more than 80%. It was lower than 50% before, so these are major improvements for our business.

Generally speaking, Lumitech works hard to meet their timelines. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

Lumitech cares about code quality and best practices.

I wish they had chosen to understand the original codebase a bit better before starting the new codebase, as we missed some key features. Part of the problem was that the old codebase was quite poorly written and hard to understand.
