Listing removal & correction requests
10Firms lists companies from public sources, so a company can appear here without having signed up. If your company is listed and something is wrong — or you want the listing gone — this page tells you exactly what to send and what happens next.
Correct the details
Wrong service mix, hourly rate, team size, location or logo. This is the fastest route and the one we recommend first — a corrected listing usually ranks better than a missing one.
Claim the profile and edit it yourself, or send us the corrections and we will apply them. Send: the profile URL, each field that is wrong, the correct value, and a page on your own website we can check it against.
To claim it yourself, open your profile page and use the Claim this profile button on it. If you cannot find your listing, send us the company name and we will link you to it.
Send a correctionRemove the listing
We will remove a company listing on request from someone authorised to act for that company. To confirm that, send the request from an email address at the company's own domain, and include:
- The full profile URL on 10Firms.
- The registered company name.
- Your name and role at the company.
We action valid removal requests within 10 working days. Removal takes the profile down, drops the company out of every category ranking, and removes it from our sitemap. Search engines may keep a cached copy for a while afterwards; that is outside our control, and we will tell you how to request removal of a cached copy if you ask.
Reviews written by that company's clients are removed with the profile. We do not keep an orphaned review page.
Dispute a review
If you believe a review is not from a real client, tell us which review and why. We will re-run verification on it. During that check the review stays visible but is flagged internally; if verification fails, the review is removed and the company's rating is recalculated without it.
We do not remove a verified review because it is negative. We do remove any review that contains personal data, abuse, or details the reviewer later asks us to withdraw.
Dispute a ranking position
Positions come from the inputs and weights published on our methodology page. If you think a signal has been measured wrongly for your company, name the signal and send what you believe the correct figure is. We cannot change a position on request, and no payment changes a position.

Use the contact form, or email us directly. Put "Listing removal" or "Listing correction" in the subject so it is routed correctly.
