We confirm business existence, validate contact information, and check that services advertised match what the company actually delivers. Listings that fail verification are removed or placed on hold until the issues are resolved.
Reviews on 10Firms come from real clients who have worked with the listed companies. We use OTP email verification to confirm reviewer identity before a review is published. Reviews are not sold, exchanged for discounts, or incentivised in any way. Fake or suspicious reviews are removed and the associated account is banned.
