Accessibility Statement
We want buyers and listed companies to be able to use 10Firms regardless of how they browse. This page states what we aim for, what we know is not there yet, and how to tell us when something blocks you.
The standard we target
We build against WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That is a target, not a claim of full conformance: parts of the site have not been formally audited, and we say so below rather than publishing a conformance badge we cannot evidence.
What works today
- Every page has one H1 and a nested heading order, so screen-reader users can navigate by heading.
- Navigation, filters, pagination and forms are reachable and operable with the keyboard alone.
- Interactive controls carry accessible names; icon-only buttons use
aria-label. - Company logos and article images carry alt text; decorative images are marked so they are skipped.
- Page text meets AA contrast against its background, and layouts reflow to 320px without horizontal scrolling.
- The mobile menu and the article contents rail expose their expanded state to assistive technology.
Known limitations
We would rather name these than let you discover them:
- Company-supplied content. Profile text, portfolio images and blog posts are written by listed companies. Where a company omits alt text or pastes a low-contrast colour, that reaches the page. We correct these on report.
- The contents rail on articles is desktop-only. The same headings are still in the article in reading order, so no content is lost, but there is no shortcut list on small screens.
- Charts in the company dashboard convey their values visually. The underlying totals appear as text beside each chart, but the charts themselves are not yet screen-reader navigable.
- No formal third-party audit has been completed. Our assessment is internal, by keyboard testing and automated checks.
Report a barrier
If something on 10Firms stops you completing a task, tell us what page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what browser or assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within five working days and will tell you either the fix or the workaround.

Alternatives
If a page is unusable for you, email us the category you are researching and we will send the same ranking data — company names, rating, review count, hourly rate and minimum project size — as plain text.
