I’m the CEO of a renewable energy startup located in Germany. We provide green technology solutions for corporations in the energy environment.

We had already established a platform solution for our business, but we didn’t hire a design specialist to do so. Over time, we realized that the platform’s user flow and design weren’t perfect, so we started looking for a vendor to support us with UI/UX design.

LeverageUX is helping us improve our platform's UI/UX design, using Figma to create the designs. Their efforts have included conducting customer interviews to gather feedback and define the user personas.

In the beginning, LeverageUX was instrumental in helping us figure out the screen solutions we needed for our UI/UX. Now, we will continue to measure our success based on their delivery of those designs.

LeverageUX has been on budget and schedule. We’ve had some issues on our end which have required some replanning, and their team has been very flexible nonetheless. We organize all the work via Figma and communicate via Slack. Additionally, we have a meeting every week.

I like LeverageUX’s team, as well as how organized they are. From the start, they organized a clear schedule and let us know how they would proceed with the design work, which has been crucial for the project’s progress.

We needed help with UI/UX design for a product we were building.

LeverageUX Design Agency is doing UI/UX design for us using Figma; we had a conceptual idea of the portal we wanted to build and the different visualizations we needed to integrate to make it user-friendly.

We are a marketing technology SaaS company that focuses on first-party customer data. We seek to drive incremental dollars for organizations through experimenting with digital messaging.

We engaged LeverageUX to help improve the UX of our technology. We didn’t focus much on UX design for our first application and wanted to prioritize it for our second application. Our software is very data-heavy and can be quite tricky for end users to understand.

They primarily provide us with screen design and UX design assistance. We have two applications, and LeverageUX helped us build the frontend experience for the second application.

I have been most impressed by Ana's role in the process. Her ability to transform my rough ideas and blossom them into actual requirements has been excellent. Without Ana’s role, I would communicate directly with designers and illustrators, who may need more specific requirements that I cannot give. I advise exposing the head of production to your end users as much as possible. We don’t have enough end users due to the nature of our business, but I think it could be beneficial if we had that capability. If you give the head of production maximum visibility to end users, they can gain a deeper perspective and deliver a more robust work product.

I’m the founder of a software company. We build software for prefabricated and modular construction companies.

The project is fairly standard in terms of the technologies they use. Most of the design world is operating in Figma right now, so that’s what they work with. They adhere to our style manual, and we provided access to an earlier version of the product at the start of the project.

I’m an executive at a venture-backed startup building software technology for companies working in the healthcare supply chain in the US. We help businesses automate internal procurement, inventory, sales, and distribution operations and the processes between companies through digital B2B connections.

We wanted to consult experts on the design of our platform because we’re a pretty young startup. Our team had worked in Figma to design the frontend and interfaces of our platform, and we wanted to find someone to give us feedback, redesign some of the weaker areas or pages, and help optimize the UX and flow. The project involved not just redesigning pages but also reorienting them, operations, and sequence in a way to have an optimal experience.

LeverageUX provides UI/UX design and architecture information design services for us. Step one was a brand discovery consisting of a couple of days to a week of deeply questioning and trying to understand our company. They've also helped us build out our information architecture, which is something that they introduced us to. The team built out a giant flowchart and map of the entire platform, and while they offered to do it for us, they encouraged us to do as much as possible so that they could fine-tune it without having to go back and forth as much.

We've worked with around three people, including 1–2 project managers and a designer. In some cases, we've worked with two designers. Additionally, the CEO is accessible to us for important and directional conversations.

We originally found them through Dribbble and saw the work and portfolios they posted there. Across Upwork and Dribbble, we found around 12 design and UI/UX agencies. We interviewed around six companies and asked for a more detailed portfolio and how they work, like whether they use Figma or something else.

We've spent about $35,000 so far.

Reducing click counts is a huge way we've quantified LeverageUX's success. Before they redesigned our platform, users needed to click maybe 100 times to achieve their goal. Now, returning users can achieve their goal in around 12 clicks. They've been really helpful in reducing the amount of information on each page. Our platform has gone from 50 data fields or buttons down to 15, where the user has much more information available in a single click because it's nested in other buttons, pop-ups, or slide menus.

They send us a report of the hours they've worked every week so that we can map out our budget. Once or twice a week, they inform us whether things are on track or if they're going slow in the context of the budget so that we can pick up the pace to stay on track. Ultimately, we've decided to go over budget because they're doing a great job and are really great at informing us.

LeverageUX's design talent is impressive. We've been blown away by their designers — they're really amazing. We've worked with other design firms that haven't been very good and haven't come close to LeverageUX, which is why they're now the only design firm we work with.

No, I don't think there is anything they need to improve.

Work with LeverageUX — you won't and can't possibly be disappointed! Don't fight in whatever systems you have for design. You should buy into their process when you work with an expert such as LeverageUX. Meet with them as frequently as they recommend and spend time taking the steps that they want you to take because, ultimately, it will pay off.
