Merge handled the entire project. The scope included a discovery phase to understand our brand, full UX/UI design for the new website, and then complete development on the Webflow platform.

We needed our entire website rebuilt on a new platform. We also needed to expand the website significantly with new sections, templates and pages. In addtion, we wanted a brand new look and feel with all new visuals.

Milestone calls that went over each stage... (1) creative ideation, (2) figma static files, (3) Development staging

They were EXTREMELY responsvie. We had a slack channel where they organized all feedback. We had a great cadence going and any questions were attended to almost immediately. I have never seen that level of account support.

Their communication and ability to take feedback and implement changes. Whenever we ran into something we didn't like or wanted changed, they understood and fixed it in one go. We really appreciated the fast responses and quick turnarounds.

The only item that was rushed was the QA portion for the website. The launch felt rushed. They were amazing at tackling all bugs and getting it fixed within 48 hours, but would have liked to have some of that polish done before we caught it.
