Our developers could build the first version of our client portal. The mockups helped us make better decisions on the direction of the company. Our sales team used content for our presentations to clients and we could improve our website.

Esfera provides daily updates on what they are working on in Slack, these updates usually include videos where they explain the deliverbale. We meet with them about once a week to discuss priorities. We have beeen very impressed with their turnaround time and responsiveness.

They turnaround work quicly and are understanding of our needs and requirements. The team is always very friendly and receptive. Its nice not having to explain things in great detail because they just get it.

The subscription pricing works well for the type of work they do but it led to some confusion with our exec team who werent used to that type of pricing.

Prior to signing a contract with Esfera, they offered a 7 day free trial in which they completed the designs for our onboarding flow (1 flow) in Figma. This allowed us to get started with development and do additional user testing. Then, once we had validated our idea (on our own) and decided to move forward with building it out, we contracted Esfera for one month of full time work with a design team. This was enough to build out the flows we had identified in both desktop and mobile for our MVP. The team delivered on all of the items that we had agreed upon up front. Furthermore, our project spanned the holiday season, and they allowed us to pause work midway without losing any of the time we paid for. Ownership of the projects in Figma was transferred upon conclusion of the work.

Our product manager communicated with us daily, providing updates on what had been completed that day. We also had access to the Figma they were working on, and we were encouraged to leave as many comments as possible. In this way we were able to see progress in real time. At the end, we were able to see all of the flows we discussed detailed in high fidelity, complete with animations and simple interactions. Many of these flows went through many iterations, to which they always adjusted according our new requirements.

Among the best experiences I've had working with a vendor. They delivered on time due to constant communication and high quality of work. I enjoyed all of our meetings because we were able to relate on more than just work: because of their structure of a one week trial, pause, and then the month of work, it feels like we've been working together for much longer than the total (1 month plus 1 week). They weren't pushy after the trial was completed but respectfully checked in, confident that their work would lead to us coming back as paying customers - and it did.

More than just a design shop. We were looking for experience on how to design interactions, not just someone who can make something look pretty based on the customer's requirements. They really understood our users, and we were able to come up with novel but proven interactions for much of what we needed our users to do.
