Our collaboration with Leobit covers the delivery of multiple FinTech projects and several AI and automation initiatives. We received a unified digital ecosystem that automated complex regulatory workflows, replacing fragmented manual processes with a single platform that manages the full case lifecycle from scoping and task assignment to final issuance, with built-in collaboration, document handling, approvals, notifications, and audit logging. As a result, we gained full operational transparency and a more controlled and efficient regulatory process. We also received a centralized Data Lake that consolidates data from multiple environments into a single cloud repository, improving data accessibility and consistency. In addition, Leobit delivered an AI-powered document automation bot in Microsoft Teams that generates SOWs, NDAs, MSAs, and annexes, with documents stored directly in SharePoint, significantly reducing manual work for our teams. They also implemented an IT Services Analytics framework that provides AI-driven insights into service trends, optimization opportunities, and cost reduction. Several initiatives are ongoing, including an AI customer support chatbot, a Customer Health Score dashboard, and a predictive maintenance system.

The Leobit team delivered the system architecture, UI/UX, and all infrastructure and deployment processes. The solution provides an onboarding experience and enables users to create experiments from scratch or via OCR and NLP scanning. It also includes full editing and management capabilities, alongside collaboration features for sharing and editing results. After the initial release, the team delivered a Post-MVP phase focused on more complex functionality and improving platform logic. This included a voice assistant for editing experiments with voice commands. This phase also integrated automated calculations to make the system even more efficient

The key outcome was the successful launch of a functional MVP for web and mobile. Users started managing experiment records digitally, which made documentation more structured than traditional lab notes. The introduction of OCR and NLP reduced the time needed to convert raw notes into structured data. Collaboration features allowed teams to share and edit experiment information within the platform.
