We needed help with custom software design and development.

We initially had some sessions with 99X to explain what we were looking for. Since the product wasn't established yet, we asked the team to develop it for us. There wasn't much documentation from our end, but the team created the necessary documentation. We had back-and-forth discussions with them to ensure everything was clear.

Everything has been fine. We had some bumps in the road initially, but everything has been great for the past two months. We communicate using Slack and Microsoft Teams.

The developer is proactive in letting us know if there's anything we should know. If we have an idea that isn't practical, they get back to us with a more useful way to implement it, which has been helpful.

In the beginning, our communication wasn't good enough, and the exchange of information wasn't great. However, we talked about it, and the improvement was impressive. The change in communication has been great.
