I’m an executive at a financial institution.

Two companies are merging, and we’re rebranding, so we hired Tenet Partners to help with the rebranding efforts.

Tenet Partners provides us with rebranding services. They’ve done an in-depth discovery phase; since we’re bringing two organizations together, there are a lot of pieces to consider. They’ve taken all our client and member data and customer insight data and put it through their AI system to tell us the core of our organizations combined.

The core team consists of 5–7 people, including Hampton (CEO & Managing Partner), the creative director, a senior account executive, a teammate in charge of the AI aspect, and another account executive that acts as a project manager. However, they augment that team with other people as we go. For example, they brought in designers when we did the logo development.

I’ve worked with them many times in the past. Initially, they were referred to me when I was doing a rebrand at a previous organization. The project was huge, and I realized the agency we were working with didn’t have the capabilities to help us with implementation, so I started searching for a new partner, and Tenet Partners came to me through a referral.

We’ve spent over $200,000.

Tenet Partners is the most thorough agency I've ever worked with — they leave no stone unturned. The team produces very high-quality output and is extremely collaborative. Most importantly, they're flexible around meeting our very tight timelines while staying within our budget. They recommend different pieces to make the project work within the budget.

Their project management is excellent. We communicate through Zoom and Microsoft Teams most frequently. They've also come on-site a number of times and facilitated workshops.

I would advise you to be very transparent about whatever problems the team needs to solve and provide them with as much information as possible; Tenet Partners is an excellent problem solver. When you sit down to work with them, also be transparent about your budget because they're willing to work with different ones.

We needed to extend our master brand into a distinctive, elevated identity for a business unit within our company that communicates a premier, relationship-driven experience while remaining connected to the master brand.

Tenet Partners provided an extended brand expression system, defining how it speaks, looks, and shows up across channels while offering actionable examples and tools that internal teams can use immediately. The team also provided visual identity enhancements, including imagery style and color usage, to evoke a more premium tone. Moreover, Tenet Partners provided sample creative executions, including email templates, direct mail pieces, and webpage concepts and layouts. The team also provided strategic recommendations, including brand relationship clarity, go-to-market opportunity identification, and evergreen tactics to reinforce the brand's value long-term. Finally, Tenet Partners provided a brand guide that consolidated all the outputs detailed above and was designed for internal use.

We were looking to refresh our brand.

They helped us narrow down the choices based on what we were looking to accomplish, our budget, communication and work styles, and other factors to find the best team fit. We saw a 12x increase in engagement across social channels during the launch period. The experience was so rewarding and positive that we signed up for additional work with them to help us flesh out other challenges in the brand area. We're still working with them, and if we ever need to solve additional challenges with our brand, Tenet Partners will be our first choice.

We hired Tenet Partners to help us with visual branding, identity, and naming for an industrial company.

Tenet Partners has provided naming, branding, visual identity, copywriting, and website design and development services. We started with a discovery phase to understand our mission, vision, values, differentiating factors, and what we were trying to achieve in the aluminum industry. After that, Tenet Partners moved on to come up with naming ideas, providing us with 10 options to choose from. The team has created the name Aluminz and designed our visual identity, colors, and icon. The team has used InDesign for the visual identity and provided us with the files. Tenet Partners has also developed the website’s infrastructure, using Adobe for the designs and WordPress for the development.

We’ve worked with Hampton, the CEO and senior partner. He spends a lot of time with us to ensure that we're getting what we need. We also work with Larry, Travis, and Annick.
