I’m the CEO of Contentoo, a managed marketplace that operates in 18 countries. We provide content writing teams with freelancers that work for our customers as an add-on to their in-house team.

We’re a tech company, and we hired SapientPro to build our platform’s front- and backend.

SapientPro has helped us build our entire platform. First, we provided them with briefings. SapientPro created wireframes to understand how the platform's UI/UX design would work. Then, SapientPro built an MVP before building out the entire platform.

We work with 10 teammates from SapientPro, including a frontend developer, a backend developer, full stack developers, a project lead, the CTO, and the COO.

I joined the company in 2019, and SapientPro was already our partner.

Although I’m not leading this project directly, based on the roadmap versus what they deliver, SapientPro always meets deadlines and stays within the budget. Their success within these two parameters puts a smile on my face.

The billing engine is a super complex piece of our platform, and SapientPro did a remarkably good job building it. Looking at the entire platform, I’m super excited about where we are with the platform’s modules, which is a testament to SapientPro’s skill. From my level, there’s not much they need to improve. Although they might sometimes miss a deadline or have operational issues, they always present a plan to address that. Overall, there’s always something to do better, but SapientPro hasn’t missed the mark on anything.

I'm the founder of Zenyte Ltd., working on a Web3 decentralized gaming application.

We needed a partner to handle smart contract development, full-stack development, and project management under one roof.

SapientPro provided end-to-end development for our project. They built a suite of eight highly optimized, secure Solidity smart contracts enabling fully decentralized skill-based gaming and gambling, then designed and developed the supporting backend and frontend. I provided the initial documentation and vision, and SapientPro took it from concept to finished product.

Although the project isn't live yet, communication throughout was top-tier. I had direct access to both the working team and leadership, and I consistently felt heard and valued.

I’m the digital program development manager for a global humanitarian organization that provides emergency aid and protects the rights of people displaced by crises, assisting millions across 40 countries.

SapientPro supported us with building a school attendance tracking platform that enabled us to collect attendance data from 500+ schools in the remotest parts of Sudan. The solution was built on EspoCRM, an open-source tool where multiple custom entities were required.

SapientPro delivered an integrated EspoCRM instance with KoBoCollect, where student and teacher records were collected, attendance was tracked, and insights and reports were recorded. The team handled CRM customization, KoBo integration, and reporting features.

The deliverables were timely, and the product was functioning with very minimal bugs. When QA was done, SapientPro fixed the bugs very efficiently, and their communication was strong. The platform now stores 50,000 records of students and teachers from all over Sudan. More than 50 staff members use it. We noticed a drastic improvement in how we managed data. For example, we shifted from Excel sheets to a well-managed system, which enabled us to have proper insights on the data.

SapientPro delivered on time with very professional and efficient communication. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.
