One area for improvement is dedicating more time to strategic planning and long-term roadmap development outside of the regular weekly tactical meetings. While execution and responsiveness are strong, additional focus on forward-looking initiatives—such as regional testing plans, media innovation, and performance forecasting—would help us move from reactive to proactive planning and further strengthen the value of the partnership.
