FinX is a leading financial company in Ukraine, specializing in microlending for individuals.

We reached out to Probey Services because our existing loan management system had reached its limit. FinX serves thousands of individual borrowers across Ukraine, and our manual and semi-automated tools couldn’t keep up with the growth. We needed a single, reliable platform that could handle customer onboarding, credit scoring, loan approval, payment tracking, and reporting — all in one place. Our main goal was to replace the mix of spreadsheets and disconnected software with a web-based system that would let our staff process applications faster and give customers a smoother experience. We also wanted to improve transparency and have a real-time view of key financial data. We didn’t have a large in-house tech team, so we needed a partner who could guide us through the full development process — from analysis and design to deployment and support. That’s what led us to Probey Services.

Probey Services took time to understand our workflow before writing a single line of code. Their team interviewed our loan officers, reviewed our internal forms, and mapped the customer journey from application to repayment. They built a custom loan management system with modules for client registration, loan approval workflows, credit scoring integration, and automated payment reminders. The platform also includes dashboards for loan tracking, repayment summaries, and compliance reports. One of the key deliverables was a borrower portal where customers can check loan status, upload documents, and make payments directly. Another important part was an admin dashboard that gives our management team real-time insights into loan volumes and performance. Probey handled everything: UI/UX design, API integration with our payment partners, security setup, and training our internal team to use the new system. They also created detailed documentation and a test environment so we could review features before the final rollout.

After the platform went live, our daily operations changed for the better. Loan approvals that used to take hours now take a few minutes. Staff members no longer rely on manual entries, and errors have dropped dramatically. Customers also appreciate how simple it is to track their loan progress online.

Probey’s project management was steady and predictable. They used regular video check-ins and shared updates through a project board we could access anytime. Every milestone came on time or even a little earlier. When we had urgent changes — like adjusting payment terms or adding a new data field — they responded quickly and never treated our requests as an inconvenience.

What impressed us most was their sense of ownership. They didn’t just build what we asked for; they challenged our ideas when something could be improved and often suggested smarter ways to do things. Their approach made us feel like we had a true partner, not just a vendor.

If there’s one area that could be improved, it would be having more user training materials in video format. While their written guides were clear, some of our non-technical staff would have learned faster with short tutorials.

With the launch of our new web application, we aimed for a total rebranding and approached Probey Services to achieve this. We aimed for a contemporary identity that captured the trajectory of our business. The first step involved designing the right logo—one that embodied our vision and values. After the logo was completed, we proceeded to define the brand’s visual identity, which encompassed fonts, color scheme, and overall look. We then worked together to create a comprehensive wireframe for the website, meticulously organizing the structure and user journey to fit a well-defined digital strategy. The team helped us concentrate on what was most essential for the user experience, even though it was alluring to add more content and features.

It was agreed that every Tuesday at 10am, there would be virtual meetings to present progress and discuss the next steps. They guaranteed that we were consistently advancing, yet not so quickly that we couldn't complete the 'homework' assigned to us. Thus, the weekly meeting provided us with enough time to ensure the deliverables were submitted punctually. Our budget was limited, and we aimed for the best possible result. The website hit both targets, resulting in an excellent site at a reasonable cost. This kind of value spectrum is not easy to find

One project manager oversaw it. The project manager hosted all meetings, and I directed all my change requests or inquiries to them. This guaranteed that I had one direct point of contact. My needs were always met with quick responses and comprehensive answers. This enabled me to decide wisely. When things were clear, I could pose questions in the online meetings.

I truly appreciated collaborating with the CEO, who was also the owner. This made me feel like I was dealing with a highly experienced CEO.

Our goal is to be the link between users seeking training and educational centers that offer their programs: courses, master's degrees, postgraduate programs, seminars, workshops, programs, degrees.
