We’ve seen YoY growth, better quality leads, and two best-performing months in Q3 2023 compared to prior years when we only had one best-performing month in Q1. One of our slowest months had a +149% YoY growth in conversions. Our other stronger month had a +41% MoM and +115% YoY growth in conversions.Moreover, we’ve seen a more efficient CPA close to our target goal. For one of our best-performing months, our Google CPA was 27% less than our target goal.

We came to Klientboost with a scattrered approah to ads on multiple platforms. We wanted to see an increase in booked calls for our sales team, attendees at our events, and brand awareness. Klientboost helps us run our Paid Search efforts on Google Adwords. Paid Search is our #1 paid source of qualified leads (demo requests). We need a healthy balance of volume and quality of demo requests for our sales team.

We are measured against a qualified lead (demo request) volume goal as well as an overall Marketing pipeline goal.

Klientboost has very clear methods of communication. All back and forth was done clearly and easily through our Account Manager via email, Slack, or virtual meeting. The team is very responsive and works well with the material they're enabled with. Responses, actions, and requests are prompt and constructive. We have bi-weekly syncs (virtual meetings) and the team is always prepared with an agenda and feedback.

I've been very impressed with the people at Klientboost we've worked with and their quality of work. The relationship between us and our Klientboost team is truly collaborative rather than "call and response". Feedback and direction we've been given has been well-researched and/or experienced which gives me confidence is the decisions we make and how we present them.

Would love to see more innovative tests, right now our tests are rather basic, but effective. Knowing the way things are rapidly changing, I'd love to see some suggestions about testing AI-driven strategies or new emerging search tactics.
