We turned to Glorium Tech as a leading expert in the digital medicine industry. We needed an innovative centralized platform for delivering medical services to the population in Europe. Since the field of activity of our company is very specialized, we could not delegate the tasks to amateurs. We needed: -

Having studied dozens of developers' portfolios, we concluded that there is a lack of professionals in the field of telemedicine. After talking with colleagues (and even with competitors), we heard about Glorium. This company could solve any task regarding developing specialized solutions. We decided to trust the advice of experienced colleagues and eventually delegated the project to Glorium Tech experts after consulting with their company manager.

We won’t go into technical details for obvious reasons. I can only say that modern frameworks and technologies were used for work. The development process was divided into 3 stages:

We communicated only with the Glorium Tech representative responsible for the project. As far as we know, the team consisted of several Front-End, Back-End developers of Web and Mobile profiles, designers, specialists in complex server architectures, and QA staff.

It is still too early to talk about specific numbers because the project has only recently started in beta release. Currently, we are seeing a steady increase in the number of communications on the platform and receive hundreds of new applications for participation in testing every week.

The whole process of interaction between our specialists and representatives of Glorium Tech was flawless. We stuck to the schedule and actively monitored the development process, adjusting the project as it was created. Video conferences, meetings with the team, and regular detailed reporting did their job.

The only problem with Glorium is that it's not so easy to find them without the help of their previous clients. Otherwise, there are no comments, concerns, or alternatives. Or I could not find them because there is nothing to complain about.

I am the chief operating officer at a dental clinic that offers its patients various medical services, from routine treatment to dentures.

After opening several branches of our clinic, we had a problem with communication between specialists. In addition, our number of patients increased significantly due to the expansion, and the existing software could no longer handle the increased workload.

It was important for us to have the company's in-depth expertise in our area of activity. Glorium Technologies was recommended as developers who specialize in creating medical software. After the first meeting with their representative, we understood that their experience was absolutely real. They made several suggestions that significantly improved the initial project. For example, it was their idea to create a complete solution for the company instead of a separate CRM system.

We discussed all the details of cooperation with the Glorium Technologies team at a personal meeting. The app had to be developed from scratch, so the work started with business analysis and design – a concept was developed, considering the specifics of the market, all our ideas, and wishes. The platform we needed was developed on .Net. It helps patients find the right specialist, make an appointment online, get notification about the appointment, and access the results of examinations and treatment.

We outsourced our project to Glorium Technologies, meaning we had a whole team of specialists – a project manager, backend and frontend developers, and QA engineers. In total, about 15 people worked on the project.

Since the launch of our clinic's online appointment app, patient traffic has increased by an average of 20%. In addition, the number of no-shows has decreased significantly – thanks to the convenient management of their appointments, and patients can cancel their visits in advance and reschedule for a convenient time. Doctors note the time savings thanks to the ability to quickly consult with related specialists, such as orthodontists and surgeons.

The work of the guys was organized perfectly. They constantly communicated via Slack, so all processes were coordinated and aimed at achieving the overall result. We, as customers, also regularly communicated with our project manager via Skype. We could contact the developers directly if we needed to discuss problems or make suggestions.

We were amazed at the wide range of services provided by the company. When we turned to them, we expected only software development. As a result, we got a quality business analysis, recommendations on how to improve our project, the flawless implementation of the set tasks, product testing at all stages of development, and software support after its release.

We needed to reduce the tenant churn rate. The solution to that was to predict which tenants are most likely to lave our services and offer a timely discount (or send some other promotions their way). So we’ve put on the task of building a predictive pipeline for Glorium Technologies.

We asked to use Machine Learning to build a predictive pipeline that evaluates the probability of tenant churn and provides an analysis of how different features influence that probability. The project was a new thing that included business evaluation, data analysis, engineering of the features, and testing of the software.

They’ve helped us a lot, with great communication and delivery. The pipeline was top-notch, and we’ve managed to decrease the churn rate drastically. They delivered an ML pipeline that predicted the probability of tenant churn, can continuously improve its accuracy by training on more data and provided extensive model explainability.

Glorium Technologie's communication was one of the best parts of working with them. For me, it was critical to understand all major aspects. Sometimes they politely explained me things twice, not giving up until I got everything correctly. We were using their corporate MS Teams for videoconferences, our Slack for chatting, and our Jira+Confluence for task management and document sharing.

The team was flexible, we never had an issue with them that wouldn’t be resolved in the shortest terms possible.

I’m the founder and CEO of a real estate services company. We’re a cloud-based platform designed to enable leasing for commercial real estate.

Our company addressed GT to design and develop the website and cloud platform from scratch. We needed to have a fully functional site and communication tool.

Against these metrics, the team has been exceeding our expectations when compared to our previous tech team.

Their communication is extremely strong, and their thoughtfulness as a team focuses on bringing insights to the table. They let us own the vision for the engagement but calibrate it well using their expertise.

They initially underestimated the difficulty of a certain portion of our project. However, they quickly identified that by themselves, so they resolved it immediately.

Be clear about what level of engagement you want to have with Glorium. They’re willing to be independent, which is great if you want that. If you want to get more involved in the process, make sure that you set the right expectations for everyone’s role.
