Content writing. One weekly article. Three short and one long per month. 2400 words.

I work closely with Kathryn in setting the strategy of the content about once a month. After that monthly cadence, she completes the work and I rarely even have edits for her. However, if I do need something, have questions, or ask for edits, she is very responsive.

I was impressed by how knowledgeable the content writers were (or appeared in the content) on the subject matter they were discussing (in this case, IT services).

Perhaps the platform they use could be improved by making it more clear where to insert titles and keep working drafts in there. There is a chance, however, that this already exists in the platform and I just don't see it. In that case, maybe a walk-through the platform would be helpful.

We’re a multinational electronic design automation (EDA) software and engineering services company headquartered in San Jose. As a technical marketing engineer, I'm responsible for creating engineering content to promote key/benefit features in our products as well as overseeing some of our blog content.

Their work is focused on writing both technical and high-level engineering/technology-based blogs for us. We provide them with topics and feedback based on our campaigns to make sure they adhere to both our branding and SEO standards. At times, they also come up with their own topics.

The content Eucalypt provided has helped increase our web traffic and decrease bounce rates. We've been able to increase our social media presence, which is why engagement is up and followers have nearly doubled.

The principal that we work with is easy to reach and communicate with. We've connected via phone and email, and they’ve also held WebEx meetings to go over our content strategies so that they align with our product campaigns. They report all of their work in a centralized project management portal, which is super easy to use and helps keep us both on schedule. Overall, Eucalypt has a great workflow for our needs.

They have team members who can write well-thought out, easy-to-read, and succinct articles about engineering/technology. Not to mention, they put in the effort to research our industry.

I’m the marketing director computer software company with a development focus on software as a service (SaaS).

We needed SEO services for our website. We wanted to develop key-word focused web pages.
