They were to deliver us a new website built, designed based on our new branding and not on a template. The new website is SEO, marketing friendly, modernized, and true to the core of our business. They also were to develop a rebrand for us, including new colour scheme, new logo, new icons, fonts, and image branding.

The website looks fantastic and functionally is a huge improvement over the previous. The customer journey was considered, the flow of the website is fantastic and the rebrand is so fresh and accurate. In terms of measureable outcomes, we have recieved high praise and approval from our audience.

They were very quick to respond to our needs in a timely manner. They were available to meet regularely and were always organized. They premptively created files for us, identified key points of opportunities and always gave a good response to our needs.

It took us just a bit to get into a groove of things. Perhaps there is some platform or tool that could have organized requirements so it could be updated on both ends. Otherwise, not a lot of complaints!
