Eleken built a comprehensive design system in Figma for our product. This included design tokens, variables, reusable components, and documentation to support developer handoff and long-term scalability.

We now have a centralized, scalable design system that improves UI consistency and streamlines collaboration between design and engineering. It has created a strong foundation for future product development.

Project management was smooth and professional. Deliverables were generally on time, and they were highly responsive to feedback, quickly incorporating changes and escalating to senior expertise when needed.

Their responsiveness to feedback and their structured approach to SaaS product design stood out. They were collaborative and proactive in ensuring we were satisfied with the outcomes.

More visible senior oversight in day-to-day work would have been helpful at times, but when concerns were raised, they addressed them promptly and professionally.

I'm the commercial director of a company that provides innovative solutions to help decarbonify gas networks.

We needed to launch a new web-based portal to plan, manage, visualize, and report on our new methane emissions monitoring solutions and services for gas networks. The key goal was to develop a simplified and scalable UI of our API-first tech stack that could flexibly adapt to new technologies over time but retain simplicity in the information displayed and the flexibility to adapt to different customer workflows in a delightful UI that we could use to differentiate in the marketplace and drive customer adoption.

Eleken has designed a scalable and simple UI framework to display, filter, and update data seamlessly across maps (GIS), tables, and KPI reporting views. The team has delivered Figma end-to-end workflows, prototypes of key features, and Figma pages for each step of the process and key features and functionality, which have simplified development for our backend engineers and UI team.

We've worked with two teammates from Eleken.

We found Eleken through an online search. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, they had a great culture fit, they offered good value for the cost, their company values aligned with ours, and they had relevant GIS software experience.

We've spent around $20,000.

We started working with Eleken in September 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

Eleken has delivered the core functionality for our web-based customer-facing portal and has used this as a foundation to secure new contracts. We're now building on this expanding functionality and growing the technologies and workflows that we enable in our portal. We've gone from 0 to 75 users across multiple enterprise customers in five months and secured five new contracts as a direct result of launching the portal.

Eleken has taken the time to develop a deep understanding of our business and the problems we were solving for our customers. The team has come up with many innovative solutions for how we could simplify the user experience and make it delightful and easy to use.

Plecto is a business performance software that helps companies motivate teams by visualizing KPIs on real-time dashboards, using gamification (contests, leaderboards) and instant recognition to drive engagement, especially in sales and customer service.

We hired Eleken for a long-term collaboration and have so far worked on multiple projects together, including performing a UX audit, updating the sign-up flow in our platform, and designing a new concept for our Dashboard solution.

I’m the head of product at ICS, a SaaS solutions provider for investment data management. We help organizations streamline data access, reduce risk, and improve efficiency for all stakeholders.

We needed help redesigning the UX of our advanced configuration screens to focus more on user-centered design.

Eleken completed a full UX audit and created a UI kit in Figma. Then, they worked on individual tasks and created the Figma designs for each task area. Overall, they provided designs for the most complex configuration screens within our system.

Eleken generated artifacts that we’re using as the basis of UI enhancements, with a complete reimagining of screen layouts for our system. We’ve received positive user feedback from our internal pre-sales, sales, and marketing teams and from initial pilot clients seeing the new designs. Overall, the general feedback is that the screens are simplified and easier to follow, with an ease of discovery and faster problem-solving.

Eleken delivered on time, and every deliverable was on time and of very high quality. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

They provided uplift incredibly quickly. I didn’t expect us to achieve as much as we did in the four months we worked together.
