Many e-commerce marketing companies do not provide pricing tiers that enable their usage for small businesses that aren't willing to leverage massive amounts of debt. Their level of personability and consistent and highly detailed deliverables were also very impressive.

BrandLume could improve their timeline for the research phase of marketing. I think they could give the reps that acquire accounts multiple different timeline estimates based on the proposed marketing budget, to adjust for these discrepencies.

The reason why we hired them was to, give us the best marketing strategy to increase our productivity, and after meeting with them, they already give us a full report of our business analysis and the best strategy that will work for us each season. They provide report every month on the each keyword they target and we compare it on our analysis which is always better since we hired them.

They have been doing very well I must say.Since they always give us a plan and strategy ahead of each month. At the end of every month they back again with the full report and there is always improvement and we have been able to get up to 30% increase in revenue from when we started which is really a great achievement for us.
