What happens to this: your review, your name, your job title and your company name are published publicly on the reviewed company's profile once verified. The company being reviewed is notified and can respond, but cannot edit or delete your review. Your email address and phone number are used only to verify that you are a real client and are never published. We do not remove a verified review because it is negative -- see our methodology and privacy policy.
