Linh already provided this more in-depth but we collaborated with Thrive to produce paid ad campaigns on LinkedIn (eventually pivoted to AdRoll) and Search (Google) to improve our lead generation. There were varying pieces of content provided by Thrive, rotating every month.

We did get about 10-15 leads over the months that we were running ads. Unfortunately, none of them were qualified leads that converted into sales

This project is still ongoing, but so far Thrive has been granted access/helping us grant them access to the platforms they will need to help with upgrading the functionality of our website. The goal is to make our website more functional, as our theme is not up to date. Thrive will also be working with us on getting our tracking API with UPS integrated and updated. Finally, Thrive will also be working on getting our Salesforce CRM intergrated with WooCommerce to create pricing tiers for our customers.

Thrive has offered us some extremely helpful guidance on getting them the access they need to be able to host our website. We are confident that Thrive will be able to deliver on the other goals of this project.

Thrive is extremely responsive & proactive. Our project manager, Aaron, makes sure to keep us in the loop on any updates or issues they have. Everyone also makes sure to explain in depth what they are working on and take the time to answer our questions.

Everyone at Thrive puts their best foot forward in their work. Everyone that has been a part of our project has shown us patience throughout the process so far.

We are not far into our project yet, but it seems that even with the slight issues we had granting Thrive access to host our website, they were extremely patient and compliant with us. No notes for improvement!
