We hired Thrive to handle our social media ads, PPC, SEO, and creatives, spending $8,000 of our hard-earned money. What did they deliver? Absolutely nothing. They failed to create any new ads, botched our Google Ads campaign, and completely ignored the scope of work we agreed upon.

An absolute nightmare. Thrive completely ruined our existing Google Ads campaigns, failed to submit the creatives we paid for, and didn’t even bother to create any social media ads. The moment they got paid, they vanished without a trace.

They took our money and delivered absolutely nothing except an excel sheet from SEO.

I strongly advise others to stay far away from this company. If you choose to take the risk and fall for their scam, do not, under any circumstances, give them your account number or routing information. Only make payments using a debit card. They are obsessed with getting access to your account and will continue billing you for work they didn’t do. Please don’t make the same mistake we did.

Everything about this company is a disaster. The guy I spoke to, whose name is Kevin, seemed nice at first, but once you’re in and you’ve paid, the company turns into a complete circus.

Thrive was asked to build our mental health practice and entirely new website that effectively communicated our brand and converted visitors into clients. Additionally, Thrive was asked to build SEO such that our targeted clients visit the site and convert to clients. Thrive was also tasked with building PPC campaigns that targeted specific client populations and converted them to clients.

SEO increased from non-existent to almost enough organic visitors to the site to sustain the practice without PPC advertising. We have been able to grow our billed hours by 15% within the first 8 months.

We contracted with Thrive originally as a "full package" marketing project but after about 1 year Covid forced us to reduce our scope of work mostly to Facebook Ad campaigns. We did however invest in upgrading our website because it just was outdated for appeal to the type of clients we were trying to attract. We are very pleased with the redesign of the website and we have a noticeable increase in the number of leads generated.

After our website re-design, we reduced the number/% of bounce-out from our site. We increased the number of inquiries on a monthly basis. We had an excellent working relationship with our project Manager, Marizanne and our Facebook manager, Bella.

Thrive did everything we asked of them. Responses were timely, goals were met and our project manager, Marizanne, always went above and beyond to resolve any issues or suggest creative new approaches.

Customer service was outstanding! I always had the feeling that our business mattered.

Honestly I don't have any serious suggestions. Over the years we did have a turn-over on some staff which is always a set back but we always were working with someone very experienced.

We receive the contents approval request thru the Sprout Social a few times monthly, and we approve or comment if there are anything that need to be amended.

Not so many complaints. At the beginning it takes time since everything is new to a member who create contents. After a while, things start to be repetitive and smooth.

Our main objective with this partnership is to increase brand awareness for us in order to help increase consideration for our services. We want to let a broader group of people know who we are and what we have to offer. Thrive is responsible for all of the backend SEO work to move us higher in the Google rankings, as well as constantly providing optimization suggestions for increased success.

Thrive's project management is top notch. For our specific project, the KPIs are not as cut and dry as other SEO campaigns. Given the niche service we offer and what we are trying to gain from SEO efforts, we have been keeping an open mind of what success looks like. In terms of increased traffic and form submissions, the partnership has been a success.

Attention to detail and communication. I feel like Thrive Internet Marketing Agency does a great job of keeping us informed throughout every step of the process.

This is difficult because as I said, our primary objective is "viable" lead generation. Thrive's efforts have shown value in secondary KPIs but we haven't quite gotten the number of leads we are looking for which seems to be associated with our specific service offering.
