I’m the product director of SmartBran, a SaaS startup. We’re building a repository to help with home health support and care, as well as a remote monitoring system.

Simform is designing our SaaS platform, which includes the frontend and backend. The team is using AWS for different use cases and our expansion. Simform could significantly improve transparency in scope management, billing practices, and communication. There were repeated requests for clarification on hours and deliverables, but rather than providing clear documentation or resolving disputes, the response often defaulted to continued invoicing and requests for more payment.

Since 2023, we have been working with Simform on backend development for our product.
