We hired MINUTTIA to help us improve existing SEO and content marketing processes to grow our online presence and generate more inbound leads faster.

We were at the top of outsourcing development companies in Ukraine even before we hired this agency. That's why the decisive criterion for me were really expert and actionable advices, which mid-level SEO experts don't even know about.

The scope of work includes rewriting 2 articles in super competitive niches. The guys gave us a report with an analysis of what needs to be fixed, a detailed work plan, as well as verification of the work done. In addition, I must note the high level of customer support.

I am the marketing director of an established SaaS business. We are a referral marketing platform. My main focus is to bring more leads, mainly through content marketing.

We were already doing a good job with SEO (our primary channel for bringing new clients), and we wanted to scale our efforts while keeping our in-house team small. We started by providing access to our tracking properties (Google Analytics, Google Search Console), data from our PPC campaigns, and our customer use cases. The information helped them understand our company's SEO efforts up to this point and build a proper SEO strategy. Based on that, Minuttia completed the keyword research and started creating briefs based on the keyword opportunities identified.

Minuttia assigned us a project manager with whom we're in open communication, along with a Content Lead. Apart from these two people, we also get in touch with their Director for strategy meetings.

After a few months working with Minuttia, we started seeing improvements to our rankings, an increase in our organic traffic, and our keyword coverage expanded. Also, their content creation services allowed us to focus on other aspects of the business which had a big impact on the way we do things.

Communicating with Minuttia was always a simple task. We keep our touchpoints asynchronous, so we use only email. Once in a while, we do strategy calls to agree on our next steps together.

Their level of professionalism, deliverables, and organizational skills are outstanding.

As the company was growing, we had an ever-growing need for more quality search-focused content. So we started working with Minuttia on scaling our content production.

I was referred to Minuttia by a good friend of mine. We hopped on a call, and after an intro call, it was clear that they were a great fit for us and our content needs.

We started the project with an onboarding. We discussed the company's needs and goals, as well as our audience, and product. After that we jumped right into the work. We onboarded Minuttia's team into our project management tool, and they started working on the content.

Most of the communication is through emails and our project management tool. I love the communication, it's concise and to the point. We also have bimonthly catch-up calls where we touch base and talk about content and SEO.

I love how much love and care both Georgios and Odysseas put into every piece of content and deliverable. They do their own research, they are proactive, and they share helpful tips and suggestions, even when it's outside the scope of their work.

Nothing comes to mind really. They've been open to feedback and quick to implement changes.

I am the CEO of an organic herbal tea company based in Thessaloniki, Greece. With respect to our principles of fair trade, ethical and organic food production, we have developed a network of certified organic smallholder family farms all over Greece which supply us with raw dried herbs. We hired MINUTTIA to help us with content and SEO strategy for our website's blog in order to increase organic traffic to our website.

Our goals were the in-depth keyword research, content ideation, creating an editorial calendar, general SEO consultation and to increase organic traffic to our website.

We chose MINUTTIA due to the company's track record when it comes to content and SEO. We knew that MINUTTIA works with clients from all over the world targeting English-speaking countries, and since these are the same countries we're interested in targeting, we thought that bringing them onboard would make sense for us.

The project started with the onboarding, where the company asked for business-related information, as well as for information that would form their strategy. After the onboarding was completed, we waited three weeks for MINUTTIA to prepare all the deliverables we'd agreed upon before we started working together. In the meantime, the team was proactively informing us about what they were working on and were always there if we had any questions or concerns.

Two people worked with us. The company's managing director and the account manager, who managed the onboarding process and the delivery of everything that was prepared.

Since the scope of the project wasn't to drive performance but to get help with our content and SEO strategy, we don't have any measurable outcomes to illustrate. We can say this though: these guys operate at an unreal level. We felt that they were there every step of the way.

All the deliverables exist in Google Drive. The team is extremely communicative and very responsive. Throughout the whole project, we felt that they had the lead and that they knew what they were doing. Our calls, e.g. the onboarding call, were all made in Google Meet and everything ran smoothly each time.

They really care about you as the client and they're fully transparent with everything that they're doing. They're also very proactive when it comes to communicating the value of their work. Last but not least, they'll help you understand content and SEO in simple terms, without the fluff and marketing jargon. If you have a chance to work with these guys, take it.

From the one project we had together, there wasn't really anything they could be improved. We loved how they work and we'll be working with them again on implementing parts of the strategy they built for us.

It's a challenging time, especially being in the middle of the Pandemic. We know that achieving many of these objectives take time and are more of a marathon than a sprint. That said, very have been very pleased with our progress and had some unexpected wins along the way to our overall objectives.

Their project management style is very collaborative and they take the time to explain, help and support with whatever our needs are. We communicate regularly with email, Loom videos and bi-monthly Zoom calls.

Their level of transparency is very high. Many parts of SEO can appear as a dark art, smoke and mirrors, you never know what you are going to get or if you are being taken for a ride.

I took some time with this question and honestly couldn't think of anything. Wish we started working together years ago.
