We found Fishfinger through The Food Hub, a group for food entrepreneurs. We spoke to 10 different agencies but Fishfinger immediately stood out. Their own brand had the same energy we wanted and they immediately got our brand and what we wanted to achieve without us even telling them. And they were reasonably priced compared to their competition!

We had a series of virtual meetings to further understand our requirements for the packaging. Next we were shown a few different concepts and we said what we liked/didn't like about each. This was repeated multiple times until we reached our final design. They were very clear with what they needed from us and were very responsive when we had questions.

Our main points of contact were John and Kimmy on the packaging and then Hala and Kimmy on the website.

We have had ridiculous feedback on our packaging with some customers saying it is the best they have ever seen. Our website too has been unanimously well received. Everything we wanted as an outcome from the project was achieved.

The workflow for the packaging was extremely smooth and efficient. In all honestly it fell a bit behind for the website for a period but we felt engaged again at the end of the process.

Their understanding of our needs and our product. Kimmy especially just got it so it felt like it needed very little explaining. The quality of their illustrations are fantastic and has given us a really distinctive look and feel.

The only thing was a lapse of timelines for the websites which led to a serious delay but Kimmy came to the rescue again!

I’m the CEO of a company called Tyde, an online booking platform.

We hired them for branding support since we were a new company.

They provided full-service branding support. This included creating branding guidelines, a logo, typography, and colors. We came into the project with some deliverables in mind and they factored all of those into their work.

The work was brilliant. Their proposal came through very timely and was really well presented. Their team was really mindful of what we wanted to achieve and always gave us lots of different options. The work never lacked in creativity or effort, we could tell a lot of work went into everything they put forward. We were really happy with their services.

They hit every deadline that they set; when they said they were going to have something to us by a certain date, it was on time. Sometimes work was even delivered earlier.

Their overall branding work and decorative elements were great. The colors and typography were absolutely spot on.

We hired Fishfinger for our website redesign, a new Ecommerce platform design, and the branding of digital marketing materials.

We wanted a complete rebranding of our business and all marketing materials, including our website, newsletters, logo, and social media presence. We also launched our business online this year, and chose Fishfinger to do the design of the ecommerce platform which is linked to our main website.

We knew of Fishfinger through previous clients, and were encouraged to meet with them when we decided to re-brand and expand. It was clear when we met them that they were perfect for the job - they had a great eye for design, were small enough to be personal, but had a breadth of experience across their team that we found helpful.

The rebranding and redesign of our online presence started with conversation about our aims and requirements. Fishfinger began to send over moodboards of inspiration to narrow down our design tastes, then sent over a final selection of proposals for us to consider. The proposals were beautifully designed, and we alighted upon one in particular. From then on it was a quick process to extend the chosen design across the rest of the website pages and finalise the project.

We worked with Richard, the CEO, and Hala, a principal designer at the agency. The team was great, and worked really hard to get us the designs we needed in the timeframe we needed.

Our bookings increased substantially after we rebranded our main website - we were full up the following season. We received a lot of positive feedback from our clients and customers about the redesign of the logo and marketing materials which allowed us to grow our database and gain more bookings.

Very effective - using email and phone we kept in regular contact and were always able to pick up the phone to discuss when we wanted.

Grays Antique Market is an antique market in Mayfair, Central London, with 80 small business tenants specialising in art, jewellery and antiques. I am part of the management team that oversees the business, which I have done for the past 6 years.

Our business website has been completely out of date for some years, both in regards to functionality and aesthetics. We wanted to redesign the look and feel of the website, whilst also adding an e-commerce function which could be accessed by multiple users to upload items for sale.

We were recommended a number of creative agencies for web design and brand update, who we met with. Out of the five companies we met with, Fishfinger were the clear winner.

The project started with Fishfinger sending a variety of inspiration designs for our comment. We sent back and forth various websites and design elements that we liked in order to hone in on a final look and feel for the website.

A small team was involved from Fishfinger's side, which was very helpful. At previous agencies we have worked with, we have been assigned a project manager who is a world away from the head of the company that pitched to us.

The design of the website has generated huge excitement amongst the 80+ small businesses that form part of the project. The design has a professional yet luxurious feel that has been popular with staff, businesses and customers who have seen it.

The workflow was well structured and easy from both sides. During the initial design phase, at our request we did weekly in-person meetings, with follow up emails.

In all honesty, we do not feel there were any significant areas for improvement. We had no complaints, but very high standards, and these were met and more.

We shared the brief and spoke to around 6 agencies and 5 freelance brand designers. We were looking for a partner that we had confidence in, and above all showed as much passion and enthusiasm for organic smoothies as we did - and we found them in Fishfinger!

We had an discovery call, and were initially rather far apart in terms of cost. However, the team were very accommodating and were able to work within our budget. We agreed one design would be delivered, and we'd work through approx. 2 iterations. The initial design was awesome, and hit the brief on the head. However, as with all passionate brand owners, we requested far more iterations than initially planned - Kimmy and the team at Fishfinger went over and above to to continue to deliver, until we had everything just right

Initially we spoke with Kimmy and Richard, though Kimmy was our main point of contact throughout. Excellent communication, super passionate and a delight to work with. Oh, and the designs were amazing. Couldn't be happier and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a design agency
