We hired dNOVO to improve our online presence and generate more qualified leads. Our primary goals were to increase our search engine rankings for relevant pool and landscaping keywords, drive more organic traffic to our website, redesign and optimize our website for a better user experience, and ultimately increase the number of high-quality leads and sales. dNovo team started by reviewing what we already had instead of trying to change everything. We spent time improving a handful of important pages, updating our search campaigns, and fixing things that had simply been left untouched for too long. It wasn't a flashy project. Just steady work that kept moving in the right direction.

Inbound inquiries increased by around 28%, and a much larger share of them turned into real sales conversations. We also saw our paid campaigns become more efficient, with the average cost per lead dropping by about 20% compared to where we started. The biggest win, though, was that the companies contacting us were much closer to our ideal client profile.

They kept things moving without needing a lot of follow-up from our side. We had regular updates, but it never felt like we were sitting through meetings just to review a status report.

The initial scope of work was to reduce lead cost and improve rankings. Dnovo started with a deep dive and found website performance issues. Before beginging advertising, they focused on completed rebuilding the website and embedding new pages for SEO optimization. The website google performance score was 45 and is now 100 after the new website/site map etc are live. During the time they built the website, they verified 3 additional google maps listings, completed review management, improved maps rankings with 1 location already ranking 1-3 in focus keywords. Recently they started ppc, with a very dense focus of ranking 1-3 in ppc, organic and maps which is drastically reducing lead cost (compared to previous methods of casting a wide net and ocassionally ranking #1 in ppc but nowhere else). They also assisted in compiling quality backlinks/articles with high DA sites for our LLM rankings. We now rank #1-3 in chatgpt when asked about home renovation contractors in Hamilton.
