I’m the CEO of Typhoon Roasters, a company that manufactures and sells coffee roasters and equipment. I oversee all business operations.

We were looking for a new partner to help us with market research and marketing activities because we weren’t satisfied with our solution at the time.

Digital Ant handles all our performance campaigns on Google and our brand-building campaigns. Initially, we shared all information from previous marketing partners, including the settings on our Google account. We also shared our expectations from this partnership and our market goals. Currently, we have several active campaigns across the Europe region to promote our products and services, and they oversee them. The team is responsible for all incoming leads to our company.

I’m mainly in contact with the CEO; we share all information and requests with him, and he assigns the tasks within his company.

We found them on Google, looking for the top ten agencies in Prague. An ad or review for Digital Ant popped up, so I contacted them.

Our current monthly budget is between $6,000–$7,000, including marketing credits and fees. The budget has grown as the engagement has progressed. In total, we’ve spent around $100,000 with Digital Ant.

We’ve almost quadrupled our sales since we started working with Digital Ant. Every year, we’ve doubled the previous year’s sales due to incoming leads the team brings. I believe there’s a good share of their success in what we do now as a company. We’re expanding our operations with Digital Ant because I’m truly satisfied with their service.

They’ve been good at project management. Every time I contact them, they’re very structured. They always stick to their deadlines, and I’ve never had a misunderstanding or conflict situation with them whatsoever. I’m quite surprised to have found such good customer service.

I really appreciate Digital Ant’s fast and honest communication. For example, I write them an email in the morning, and they answer within a day, maximum. They always have a clear understanding of the issue and provide the response I’m looking for. There is never vague communication with the team. Instead, Digital Ant is open and truthful, which stands out the most.

Nothing they need to improve comes to mind at this point in our partnership. Every time we’ve needed anything from them, they’ve been able to provide it, so we’re all good.

I’m a marketing consultant for Emco. Emco is a food producer that makes granola and breakfast foods. This is one of the biggest industries in the Czech Republic, and I’m in charge of e-commerce development and campaigns.

We don’t have an in-house PPC specialist; our team is small, and we don’t have the scale and capacity to do PPC campaigns, so we wanted someone who specialized. I brought in Digital Ant to help with the campaigns.

Digital Ant helps us with campaigns in Google Ads, another PPC platform, and Criteo, our TV platform. They also sometimes help us with campaigns to improve performance on Facebook. For some campaigns, they help with the copy and the creative aspects, mainly if it’s a stand-alone campaign that is only online.

We met Lukas a long time ago before we started our company and did campaigns together when Digital Ant was still small. We’d worked on projects with them for other clients in my current company, so I recommended them to this client.

We’re spending 15,000–20,000 Czech koruna (approximately $700–$900 USD) monthly on fees.

Digital Ant arrived at very stable campaigns that are optimized and working pretty effectively; the team’s testing led us to the best versions of the campaigns.

They’re good at project management; Bara sends me reports, and I’m unaware of what’s happening behind the scenes, which shows their project management is working.

Although it was a long process to get us here, we’re very happy with the campaigns — Digital Ant’s work is effective.

In the beginning, the project management process wasn’t ideal. However, we figured it out through many talks with Lukas. One year ago, I would have said that communication could be better; now, it’s working fine.

Testing things out is very important with Digital Ant or any other provider. For this project, the tests we did on the campaigns were pretty crucial.

There are communication issues sometimes, but it’s not really their fault.

As a new client, meet with the founders to discuss the important aspects of your project. They are the core of the agency.

We needed help with digital marketing and video production. We used to work with a US-based agency, but we wanted to work with a different company.

Digital Ant provides us with social media marketing services. They’re in charge of our posting, growth advertisement, post promotions, and digital marketing. We also use them for photoshoots, video production, and content creation. They mainly produce videos for social media, which are 30–60 seconds in length.

We work with the owner, who is the supervisor/strategist. We also work with a project manager, a content creator, a copywriter, and two other people.

Our company owner was in Europe for one and a half years, so we looked for an agency in the Czech Republic. We did a Google search and looked at review sites for possible companies to work with.

In general, we’re satisfied with their work. We’re growing on Instagram and Facebook. In the beginning, we staggered a bit because we’d previously used agencies that didn’t have the best strategy moving forward. Digital Ant had to compensate for followers that were deleted because they were fake. However, we keep adding followers and fulfilling our goals.

We implemented project management later on in the process. In the beginning, the strategist was in charge of coordinating the team. However, we realized that we needed someone to manage different team members. We added a project manager, and working with her has been great.

They’re strong in coming up with modern designs and content. Moreover, they excel at planning and making a strategy to follow up with a plan.

We struggled with setting up clear goals in the past, but that went both ways. We weren’t very sure what we wanted and were lacking in guidance. They weren’t driving the project, so they could’ve led us more in their recommendations instead of listening to us. Sometimes what we want isn’t necessarily the best. Other than that, we’re very satisfied.

Have clear goals and expectations. It’s important that they get to know your market and you provide as much data as possible so they can work and create a strategy around it.

The goals of all campaigns were met. On top, we have tested multiple different formats, technological and strategic approaches to the campaigns and we can use these learning in the future campaigns across our product portfolio.

Modern communications such as Asana and Slack allowed us to communicate effectively despite the pandemic situation.

Their young enthusiasm combined with their skills and experience were impressive.

This was our first campaign, hard to judge. DA has space to grow in strategy, that comes with experience.

I am a consultant at the Expat Centre in Prague. Our mission is to help all the expats in Prague. We provide information and support with all kinds of situations related to a professional or private start in Prague. Role of the Expat Centre is to make the process of settling as easy as possible, whether for students, essential workers or entrepreneurs.

After the start of the pandemic, we were looking to increase our online presence and spread the word of mouth about our services. We hired Digital Ant to prepare a meaningful online strategy and visual identity for social media, particularly for Facebook.

We wanted to create a relevant Facebook page for expats in Prague that will serve mainly as a source of information about life in Prague. Our main goal was to have a strong online presence with outstanding visuals and provide quality over quantity in terms of Facebook posts.

We searched online for digital agencies based in Prague that already had an experience of working with a government organization. After our initial research, we contacted 4 agencies and freelancers to provide a pitch for their pricing.

The overall scope was creating a creative digital strategy for social media, along with visual identity and content strategy, initial performance campaign for the launch of the Facebook page, tracking and reporting, with a budget for additional small campaigns and projects.

We worked closely with the Digital Ant CEO, art director, account manager, and copywriter.

Since the launch of the digital campaign, our Facebook page has 573 likes and 617 followers and constant increase of interactions and subscribers for the newsletter.

The account manager of our project was very kind and easy to communicate with. We met with the whole team in person, but due to the government restrictions in relation to the pandemic, we communicated especially via email. The Digital Ant team provided us with regular updates on the progress. We used Google drive to exchange documents and visual materials.

We appreciated their insight into the matter and their enthusiasm to create something meaningful for expats living in Prague. They are especially flexible in terms of new ideas and additional projects. And also, communication was very easy.
