We needed help with rebranding and social media marketing. Our association is almost 100 years old, so we wanted to bring our logo into the new age. Our goal was to increase brand awareness and attract a new demographic.

Initially, we met with Rootless Agency and told them our purpose. Then, based on our conversation, they gave us a few design mock-ups, and we chose the one we liked. Rootless Agency has supported our company's rebranding, creating a new logo, color palette, and business cards. They’ve also done our social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn and built a new WordPress website for us.

Rootless Agency designed and developed the website for IF-THEN Finance Solutions. The scope included translating my business vision and brand into a professional, easy-to-navigate website, developing the site in WordPress, optimizing it for desktop and mobile, and managing revisions through launch. Key deliverables included the full website design and development, responsive page layouts, service and company pages, contact and newsletter forms, and final testing before the site went live. Xhulio also provided guidance throughout the process to make sure the website clearly communicated what IF-THEN does and felt consistent with the brand.

The biggest outcome was successfully launching a professional website that clearly explains IF-THEN Finance Solutions, our services, and how we are different from a traditional bookkeeping firm. The site is fully responsive, easy to navigate, and gives me a strong platform to use in client outreach, referrals, and business development. Since launch, I have been able to confidently direct prospective clients and partners to the website, and the feedback on the design, messaging, and overall professionalism has been very positive.

Xhulio managed the project well and kept everything moving from design through launch. He communicated clearly, delivered the key items on time, and was very responsive whenever I had questions or requested changes. He listened to my feedback, made revisions quickly, and remained patient and flexible throughout the process.

We had a difficult time leaving our old web site that was falling apart. Rootless was patient and encouraging and the end result was a much more dynamic site that we are very pleased with.

We needed to address a younger demographic even in our construction related world and we are getting calls from new companies , small and rural companies , companies who have that comfort level to call us. We feel more approachable.

Again, Rootless was encouraging and finally pulled it all out of us to get to the finish line. We were the difficult and sometimes slow customer but they never made us feel that way, Their attitude was that it was just going to be better results in the end.

Create a new website, replacing one that was 12 years old.

I was provided with an initial plan of action with different objectives identified for completion of the project. We used Figma to communicate edits to the website, which were then incorporated almost immediately. The project took longer than necessary because I was slow to provide the needed materials to progress. Xhulio was very good at encouraging me to get him the needed material, without nagging me.

Xhulio did an excellent job of managing me.

They brought thoroughness and lots of creativity, providing multiple design choices before creating the final product. They also shared my desire to use all original images, no stock photos, in order to set my website apart from most of my colleagues.
