I’m a lead developer for a hardware company.

We have a mobile application and needed it to connect to hospital systems. We hired CSP Solutions to create the middleware between the hospital and the mobile application.

We gave them our requirements, and they are developing a middleware solution to connect hospitals and our mobile application.

We have one primary point of contact.

One of our teams had previously worked with CSP Solutions. We had an informal meeting where they showed us their work, and we gave them our requirements. After that, we decided to enter into a formal partnership with them.

We’ve spent about $250,000 so far.

We started working together in October 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

The impact has been extremely positive, and we’ve had good external feedback.

We have been happy with our project manager. He is responsive to our needs and caters to our questions. We meet with them 3–4 times a week, and the team is engaged. CSP Solutions is transparent about cost, and we haven’t had any issues.

CSP Solutions is organized and accommodating when we need to make changes.

We wish their collaborative skills with the developers were a little bit better.

Know what you want and always have someone who understands technical language to speak to their developers. Ensure that you also understand the solution they’re going to provide and you don’t purchase something you don’t need.

I am the CEO and co-founder of a metal fabrication company that manufactures various metal products, including handrails, steel cabinets, kitchen tables, water tanks, and generators.

My company had grown exponentially, and we needed a system to help us manage the growth. We’d gone from five orders a day to 200, and no teammate could handle that input themselves — we needed software to help manage the work and communication between departments and employees.

CSP Solutions has developed an ERP system to help us manage production between departments. Before the development, we worked with their business development team to lay out our project requirements. The developed software, which is typically used on a tablet, allows each department to see their incoming workload and production details.

I was looking for a very specific software solution, but many software companies I reached out to told me it wasn’t possible to develop it. So, I reached out to CSP Solutions, who said they could develop what I needed. One of the reasons we ended up hiring them was because they were already working with IoT and AI.

We’ve invested around $60,000 with CSP Solutions.

Our engagement with CSP Solutions began in July 2016, and it’s ongoing.

The ERP system was delivered 3–4 years ago exactly as promised, so I’m happy. Also, the new solution increased our customer satisfaction rate by 10%.

I’d give CSP Solutions a 7 out of 10 for project management. They usually deliver projects as requested and on time, but we’d occasionally have QA issues. Typically, we communicate via email and WhatsApp.

CSP Solutions can deliver on complex requirements — they never say that the complicated automation and AI requests I put in are too difficult for them to deliver.

I can’t think of anything for CSP Solutions to improve.

I’d advise customers to create clear and detailed contracts with CSP Solutions to avoid misunderstandings during the project.
