I’m the co-founder of Collie B.V., a company that builds collars for cows. We provide agricultural technology for farmers to manage their herd.

We needed support to develop our website.

Creative Mules has developed and designed our website from scratch using Webflow. The site provides information about our company and product, how the product works, and what others say about it. Users can also leave their contact details for a callback. Creative Mules has also trained us on how to use Webflow.

We've been in contact with three teammates from Creative Mules. One teammate contacts us and translates our needs to the team. We also speak directly with one of the software engineers and one of the founders.

Someone recommended Creative Mules to us. We contacted them and another company, but the context with Creative Mules was very pleasant. The team offered more quality for a better price, so we chose them.

We've been working with Creative Mules since December 2024, and our engagement is ongoing. Although the website project has been completed, we have an ongoing connection with the team to resolve needs.

We've received many compliments from farmers, friends, family, and acquaintances about our new website. We have a form for farmers to do demos, and the new site has made it easier for farmers to see our product in real life. The site is 10 times better than before.

Creative Mules has met deadlines and stayed on budget. The team communicates well when we want something extra and is clear about the project scope. Creative Mules has been in tune with us. They use Figma, Notion, Slack, Punchlist, and phone calls for project management and communication.

Creative Mules has taken the lead in the process and is clear about what we can do to help the website succeed. The team is also clear about what we should leave up to them to have a successful collaboration. Creative Mules is always there to help us when we need them.

The team sent a video presentation to train us, but it would have been nicer to have done it through a video call. Although I understand that the video is more effective, it would have felt more personal to have a video call training with the team where we could ask more questions.

Be honest and clear about what you want so Creative Mules can execute it better. They're amazing.

The scope centered on a full website design and development project, built to reflect our new positioning as a material platform rather than a single-product mine. Alongside the site, Creative Mules produced a set of core branding assets we could use consistently across the business, including stationery and a PowerPoint master template, giving every partner-facing document the same polished, cohesive look. Together, the new website and brand materials gave us a foundation we could actually grow into as we expand beyond mining into products across the full lime cycle.

The response since launch has been immediate. We've received compliments directly from partners on the new site and materials, and more importantly, we've seen new outreach from potential business partners who found us and got in touch off the back of it. We're now also working with Creative Mules' SEO partner to build out our search presence from scratch, which we expect to compound these results further.

Communication ran through a single point of contact on their side, which kept things simple and consistent throughout. We coordinated over email, WhatsApp, and Loom recordings, and the entire process stayed remote and frictionless from start to finish. For design feedback specifically, we used Figma, which made it easy to leave comments directly on the work and track what had been addressed.

Their eye for design is outstanding, and they consistently pushed past the vision we originally had for the website rather than just executing it as briefed. I'm the founder and CEO of wefield, a non-governmental organization (NGO) that turns wasteland into ecosystems with the city of Hamburg, volunteers, and other partners.

We were working on a new website for almost a year with different agencies and people within our NGO, and it took a long time. In the end, we decided to give the project to professionals.

We already had the flow and knew what we needed for the website. We had a good idea of the functions and sizes we needed. We've reviewed the requirements and showed Creative Mules a wireframe we had prepared. The team has taken over and used our flow to create a new wireframe. Creative Mules has also designed the website, implemented the design on Webflow, built the CMS, and added a CRM.

My project manager is Corbinian, Creative Mules' co-founder. There are 3–4 other teammates involved, but we only meet them on group calls and exchange comments on Figma.

We were searching for a creative agency to build our website. Through contact, we got Corbinian's number. We checked some of Creative Mules' work and saw they could do what we wanted. We had the first call with them, and they guided us through the process. We had a good feeling and decided to go for it.

We've invested between €25,000 and €40,000.

We started working with them in March 2025, and the website went live in May. We're still in contact with Creative Mules. We have a maintenance package with them. If we need something, we reach out to them.

We've immediately noticed that the inquiries we've received through the website have better quality. We have better forms and information, so the quality of the inquiries has increased. We've also received a lot of positive feedback. People tell us we have a beautiful website.

Creative Mules meets deadlines and stays on budget. The team uses Notion, and we've filled in some information there. We also use a shared Google Drive folder to share images and other files. We collaborated on Figma.

Creative Mules is highly structured. If you don't have a good project manager, it can be a pain. Corbinian has been an amazing project manager. He's consistently on time and does what he promises. The other impressive thing has been their speed. Our website has a lot of content and forms, and they've done it quite fast.

No, there weren't any. We've moved from Wix to Webflow, and although Webflow allows for more control, we've needed to get used to it. However, I'd have to search for something Creative Mules needs to improve, which wouldn't be unfair.

Have a clear idea of what you want. Prepare all the images and pictures you want to have on the website. Creative Mules will ask for things because they don't know them, and you'll have to know them. The more prepared you are, the faster the project goes. The customer in speed would be the customer, not Creative Mules.
