They rely heavily on Jira to track work assignments and products and make execution and accountability open all through project development. They have never made problems with scope creep, and their use of Scrum is ideal for us.

The most noticeable feature is the cooperation between these departments. Looking at Synodus as a vendor creates an impression of them being our team members. As a testament, they have blended into our working environment so nicely that it feels like they are right in our workplace with us. That kind of synergy is very difficult to accomplish among most partners.

As with any project, there were some problems once in a while. At some times, they do not follow the timelines we agreed on, and there are cases when we could not spend enough time to give them the input they required. The only small change I would make is the excessive use of weekly stand-ups for projects for which it may not be very useful.
