We provided ServReality with a mood board and a detailed specification sheet outlining all the items we wanted them to create, tailored to different sections of the game. These elements encompassed not only in-game elements but also menu screens and promotional pop-ups. The specifications required flexibility in terms of working in both greyscale and color, and some assets were specifically requested to be developed in 3D instead of 2D.

ServReality took on the complete development of the mobile game, covering a wide range of tasks. This included conducting research and design, organizing focus group meetings, handling animation and graphics, designing the UI and UX, developing the leaderboard functionality, as well as performing thorough testing, and addressing any identified bugs through fixes and updates. They were responsible for all aspects of the game's development, ensuring a comprehensive and seamless experience for the end-users.

While we have yet to launch the product to our audience, we are eagerly looking forward to the impact it will have. Our main goal is to offer our members, especially those who cannot access our in-person training for various reasons, an engaging and educational mobile game. We believe that this innovative approach will provide them with valuable learning experiences and contribute to their growth and development. ServReality consistently demonstrated excellent project management skills by consistently meeting deadlines and effectively managing expectations throughout the entire project. Communication primarily took place through email, with the use of Dropbox for sharing documents and collaborating on content via Google Docs and LucidCharts. These communication and collaboration tools proved to be highly effective for our project, enabling smooth coordination and efficient workflow.

While the product itself was exceptional, the true strength of ServReality lies in their exceptional client relations. The project manager displayed remarkable qualities such as responsiveness, flexibility, professionalism, and approachability.

While we highly appreciate the work done by ServReality, we would like to suggest some improvements in the area of text editing. The beta version of the game we received contained numerous spelling and grammar issues, which proved to be distracting when evaluating the overall gameplay experience. Addressing these issues would significantly enhance the overall quality and polish of the game.
