Rocketech developed a web-based tool that helps us format candidate CVs using our own templates. We can upload a CV and the system applies our branding automatically. They handled the full development process and adjusted the tool based on our feedback. The outcome was a practical, easy-to-use solution that saves our team time and keeps our CVs consistent.

The project helped reduce the time our consultants spend formatting CVs and removed many manual steps from the process. As a result, we improved consistency across all candidate CVs and were able to move faster when presenting profiles to clients.

ROCKETECH has successfully delivered the project. It saves us a lot of manual work. In fact, the platform has automated 95% of the automation process and saved us a lot of time. As a result, we have drastically reduced the amount of time it takes us to format a resume to introduce to our customers.

We haven’t had any issues. They’re very good; they've met deadlines and stayed on budget. Moreover, we communicate via Google Meet and Google Chat. It was all simple; we had our group chat.

ROCKETECH provides us with a full-time Flutter developer. The developer is responsible for developing the functionality of our mobile application, which is built with Flutter and works on both iOS and Android. The app works with computer vision cameras and other technologies.

We manage the developer in-house and have no concerns about productivity. We have occasional ad hoc meetings with the project manager and regular stand-ups with the developer via Google Meet.

The quality of the developer and the speed of the engagement have been impressive. I expected challenges when looking for a developer, but I was pleasantly surprised.

They aren't the cheapest service, but we consciously decided to allocate the budget to ensure quality.

I recommend onboarding developers in-house and managing them. I know they offer outsourced development, but I still recommend in-house development because it allows you to keep technology and development more owned by your company.
