I had an extremely disappointing experience with Promatics Technologies, and I would strongly advise others to think carefully before working with them.

Project management was poor throughout the entire process. I was initially quoted a 10-week timeline, however after 7 months the website was still not functional and far from launch-ready.

Our website and app came out the way we wanted. Promatics was helpful in the way that they worked on our requirements till the end.

It took some time for them to understand our needs but eventually they understood our requirements and were able to deliver us the products. Overall, we were satisfied with their work.

What I liked most was that they tweaked and worked on our requirements till the very end ands till the time we were satisfied with the work!! Their team was very helpful and asssited in meeting the requirements. They were also available to handle our queries and feedback.

I think they could have spent some more time initially on understanding our requirements so their wouldnt have been too much back and forth once the development phase started.

Promatics developed a mobile app for Nature Yogi where customer can get details of asana, pranayama, kriya, bandha etc., trainers can schedule online trainings, customer can purchase those trainings from the app as well as rate training content, customer can access videos and music etc.

Promatics successfully completed on time delivery of Nature Yogi mobile app for android and iOS as well as backend dashboard to customize content in real-time. Overall performance of Nature Yogi app was excellent and performed extremely well which helped us to achieve our business goal.

Overall management is quite proactive, and their team members worked hard to deliver a quality product on time.

The App was developed and built with changes from time to time. The team continued to help in many different ways. Their efforts were always excellent. The testing of the App was over and above what was expected. There are still only a few things left to do and I am confident the project will become all that was expected.

The team and management was excellent in responding to all our needs as the App was developed. Some delays occured but was quickly resolved. The management was always polite and very responsive to our desires and our plans.

Often times we planned for one outcome but the team developed a deeper understanding of our desires. The unique efforts included their desire to please and build the best App possible. We are very happy with the results and look forward to continue to work with them with our future needs.

Sometimes the response to emails were short and lacked details in the resopnse to a problem, but they never gave up to insure they understood clearly what was required or needed.
