Osedea worked with eeva to design a high-fidelity clickable prototype of their application. The objective was to create a personal life management solution comparable to the best CRMs and ERPs, while respecting eeva's key functionalities and branding. The user interface was designed with simplicity, intuitiveness and visual consistency in mind. The prototype allowed potential users to navigate and interact with the application, providing a clear vision of its look and feel.

There were regular strategic workshops, followed by the delivery of low-fidelity wireframes, and finally high-fidelity wireframes, which made up the prototype.

The team was consistently on time, and they were always careful to point out wild cards that may delay their work (even if it didn't). They responded to every (annoying) question we had, and truly incorporated us into their project team.

We really got along well with the team, and the whole project felt very collaborative. They didn't cut corners while getting up to speed on our company and our vision, and showed real commitment to producing a quality product.

I have no recommendations for areas of improvement. We can all work to improve, but their working style suited us perfectly.

I'm the Director, Data, Analytics & AI at Kruger, a privately held, fourth-generation family company that transforms renewable resources into sustainable, high-quality essentials for everyday life.

To develop a modern manufacturing application for our operators to use on the production floor for our AI Digital Twin project.

We compared a few vendors and we decided to go with Osedea as they seemed to be the right fit with their expertise (UI/UX, frontend) and understood well our needs.

All components delivered by Osedea were transitioned over to Kruger team. These components are of good quality and did not require any significant rework following the transition. All components are still in PRODUCTION use at Kruger.

Agile, transparent, and they were able to accomodate our own communication tools (Teams, SharePoint) even if they were using other tools internally.

Depth of expertise and productivity. They accommodated our requests as the project went into the plan and deliverable.

A bit more documentation and test plans for our team to facilitate transition to our tech team.

I’m the head of IT of a small alternative lender. We lend money to small businesses in Canada.

We primarily needed help to develop new products and features within existing products.

We initially approached Osedea with a business case for a new product; they helped us build a proof of concept. They walked us through the process, and we had a lot of strategy and brainstorming sessions.

We’ve worked with about 10 teammates, including a project manager, a business analyst, an architect, a Scrum master, and several developers.

Somebody within our network referred them. We were looking for potential service providers within our network, and Osedea’s name came up.

We spend around $30,000–$40,000 a month, so we’ve spent over $500,000 in a year and a half.

We started working with them in June 2021, and our partnership is ongoing.

We primarily measure the time it takes to deliver the scope of work based on the initial evaluation. Within each sprint, we also measure the number of story points that the developers complete.

Project management is excellent. They meet deadlines on time and deliver under budget. They use our existing tools, Atlassian, Confluence, and Jira, to document the requirements, capture the stories, plan the sprints, and measure against them. Overall, we work closely together.

We like them for many reasons, but they stand out for delivering quality work and being a fun team and great communicators.

No, I don’t think so. Osedea has done everything we needed, and they’ve done it exceptionally well. We’re happy with them, which is why we still work with them.

I’d recommend other companies to seriously consider using Osedea.
