I’m a managing partner of a company that sells a microwave accessory, allowing families to heat up more than one dish at a time.

They’re providing us with SEO, PPC, and digital marketing. Our goal was to find a way to sell our product online and at a reasonable cost. We’re a startup, so we have a budget.

Harvest Growth has been instrumental in setting up our online Shopify store and presence, as well as creating all our branding and producing a number of videos. They’ve also utilized some of our existing video. One video they created was a product demonstration video, and we provided them with testimonial clips to use. The videos they created are live-action and done in Harvest Growth’s studio.

Originally, I met them at a conference. I liked them because they were very focused on social media advertising and marketing campaigns.

We’ve spent around $13,000–$15,000 so far.

We’ve been working together since January 2022.

We’re very satisfied; we’re tracking toward our goals right now in terms of conversion rates and ROI, and the quality of the work has been first-class. There have been a couple of Shopify glitches, but we moved through those.

They’ve been very good. The only tools they’re using are the analytics and reporting. They always inform us of what the schedule is for our campaigns.

They have a great amount of experience and expertise in this area. Even though we’re working with common household products, Harvest Growth brings them to market in a very interesting way. They have a great track record with us.

Having virtual weekly checkpoints would help us address anything that needs to be addressed.

We contacted Harvest Growth because we wanted to help one of our clients scale using Facebook and Google advertising. Our agency doesn't offer these types of services, so we looked for a partner.

Harvest Growth came to us as a referral from a partner of ours and after an initial conversation, we could feel the chemistry between the two companies. We didn't hesitate to get started and the results were great in the end!

The team of Harvest Growth had an initial kick-off meeting with our client, then once they got access to the ad accounts, they did research on how things could be improved. Then, they set a few KPIs to follow and how to improve those. They tested different creatives and angles to sell the products of our clients.

Our client saw a decrease in CPA and they hit the target ROAS and other KPIs after the first month of working together. Overall the client had an ROI between 3x-5x.

Simply how easy it was to work together and how simple to get great results for our client. They became a trusted partner of ours over these months and I hope we can work on more projects together in the future.

We enlisted Harvest Growth on a number of fronts: E-Commerce Strategy, Monthly execution, Web Development and assistance with the development of Brand assets. We had a very aggressive timelines for our launch dates which they were able to efficiently hit along with find new solutions for challenges that pop up along the way.

We chose Harvest Growth based on years of experience working with multiple agencies. Naturally it is hard for any agency to be 100% focused on your project and that is why we look at the people we will be working with on a daily basis.

We have interacted with 5 team members all specializing in different areas focused on optimizing our efforts. A dedicated project manager for the Web/Brand Assets development and another dedicated manager for all Ad Campaigns. It has been very easy to communicate with the team.

As a result of a well thought out website and campaign strategy we exceed 2 of 3 Ad campaign metrics in Week 1 and have continued that ever since. We do have a higher price point item that definitely helps achieve those metrics faster, but without the support of the Harvest Growth team we would have been lost on how to approach and manage this side of our marketing efforts.

We have a dedicated project manager, but their team is quick and nimble. They do not require all information to flow through one point of contact which we like. Each team member that specializes on their area reaches out to use directly with all team members CC'd for continuity.

As with any collaboration you run into challenges along they way. The Harvest Growth management team has been quick to solve any obstacles that have risen.

I am the CEO of The Trick, an all natural weight loss product based in Charleston, SC.

We hired Harvest Growth to launch our product. They first put together a survey to develop basic learnings pre-launch. Then, used that data to put together the first content we would use to launch in the marketplace (social media only).

Positive return on ad spend is the main objective. Other objectives include learnings to take forward in marketing, website, and content creation.

We launched and we are ROAS positive in a month and maintaining. When the test period closes and we solidify the content/copy variations that perform best and expand. Our website has seen an uptick in traffic, and our pixel is getting smarter and smarter.

Really good. They keep it light and efficient with small, agile teams. I have one main point of contact. It keeps things organized and flowing well. Their process is designed to eliminate needless activities.

ROI above 1 in a month after launch and steady. We’ve achieved our main objective. They handle everything I’m not interested in expeditiously and are willing to walk me through anything I am curious about.

I’d love slightly more fluidity in communication for quick questions or thoughts. Email and scheduling meetings to talk on the phone 1-1.5 days out can be clunky and hinder flow. But, completely understand they’ve got to streamline for all of their clients.

I’m the CMO at a medical products company. We produce products for patients with multiple chronic illnesses to help them organize their medications and information.

We wanted to find a profitable way to scale up and reach more customers beyond social media and PPC ads. We were interested in running a national TV commercial.

They wrote the script, filmed, and edited a TV commercial. They also brokered agreements between designers and media buyers. They essentially set up the entire campaign for us.

Their team is awesome. They’re responsive, helpful, and creative. They gave us great constructive feedback that helped us better market our product.
