I am working as Product Manager for digital initiatives of Emaar. I manage & deliver existing products for modernization and create new digital strategies for the company.

We hired Goprotoz to help us design an advanced user experiences for our new application features for our new mall digital presence. The projects we worked with GoProtoz are used by End users and Operation users and Admin users. We hired them for mobile applications, website, web application design and development need.

We have screened various design teams across the globe and found GoProtoz has exceptionally professional and delivering high quality projects. Goprotoz team led the project with discoverying all the user and business goal for each features and made clear project commitment for the delivery. Project was executed with various stages such as Research, Information Design, Visual & Prototype design.

There are multiple engagements with GoProtoz and we had individual team separately assigned for each initiative that contains minimum of 5 UI and UX Designers & Developers, 3 to 5 Leaders worked for the assignments.The Project Manager was Point of Contact primarily but every one directly collaborated with us.

The design delivered had been tested for increased high user engagement and satisfaction. Both the website and apps have a scalable design taking into account the customer experience.

We've worked directly with the Project Manager as the primary point of Contact but we had full access to the design team and collaborated well with all the members of the team including UX Designers, UI Designers and Developers. We had an amazing time working with the Goprotoz team. The project was very easy to track, and the team was transparent in sharing the progress of the work.

The team was fun to work with. The whole team support was fantastic. They were really impressive in listening to the requirement and framing the design. Their main motto was to deploy on time without any delay. The Project Manager led us in a meticulous way of doing things.

I'm Ecommerce Head of Monte Carlo. We are changing the way of fashion online purchase happens today.

To revamp the website and to optimize the conversion rates of website. Also to enhance user experience.

We got reference from someone and then we evaluated the previous works and google rating.

Their team has done research work on similar concept and came up with multiple unique features to enhance user experience. Started with research then worked on various wireframes and moved to visual designs, later we got thru with the prototypes. Based on the reviews feedbacks were incorporated.

Worked with design head, UI/UX designers, research team and project manager. Based on the need there were addon support for us.

The project outcome was brilliant, the aesthetically appealing designs captured everyone's eye during live testing's. Could see a drastic change moving from general website layout to completely revamped layout with full of unique features.

When the company project's blueprint was made ready, then we got to know importance of UX in today's world. If a person in a metrocity wants to find two wheeler parking, he'll be frustrated even finding an 2*5 feet. Now imagine a top restaurant at a crowded place where your family members love to taste the food. In that excitement you may not give second thought for parking facility, you may even end up roaming km's to find an appropriate parking space. Even in this case the parking safety and security is unsure. Entire excitement will go in vain, in these case of scenarios the guys come for the rescue. Stages are ux research, wireframes, visual designing and prototype.

The most happiest things was how visually stunning and attractive to users. Our requirements was built so impressive and efficiently. The UX designers and animators did the best work and were putting efforts to the next level. So the outcome can be seen on the design screes. Our team are really happy about the work.

Calmness to understand each other, synergy between the teams were so strong from serious designer to project managers. Due to this we never felt delay in the process to build app UX Design. The passion that was driving the two teams resulted in a successful composition.

Teamwork and they dont say easily no, even after disapproving some screens. They didn't loose their mind rather presented best screen next time

we hired GoProtoz to design UI for our upcoming SaaS application.

The primary goal was to give the user a simple interface and an attractive visual appearance.

We went through an extensive selection process, we identified India's leading 15-20 UI/UX firms and evaluated them on existing projects, fintech project experiences, UI work, team capabilities, founder capabilities. We found GoProtoz to be highly competitive vis-a-vis other large and established firms in this space.

There were two critical aspects of the project,

The team composition was of UI UX designers and front-end developers. From time to time, functional consultants from our team were also involved to facilitate the understanding of the product from the end user perspective.

The product UI has been phenomenally appreciated during the focus group discussions. The product is yet to be launched in the market with this new UI, therefore the outcomes are yet to be observed. But the feedback so far from all the key stakeholders has been highly positive.

the workflow was very operative, we had regular meetings a few were in person and others were virtual. altogether we are happy and pretty positive about the end result

I am a co-founder of RitsWorld. We are a B2B marketplace platform for large corporates to find products and fulfil the orders online.

The project is to build new B2B marketplace and reduce the complexity of the user journey on the portal.

The project's goal is to build highly usable marketplace and to build unique purchase process made specifically for large business needs.

Our team during the process of checking proof of works, made research around the global's top agencies who has proven B2B business experience and their previous projects work case studies.

The challenging portion of the project was to address multiple user involvement in each purchase flow. The large corporates, whose product needs to be showcased with step by step process without creating much ambiguity to users at every fulfilment amongst the different stages.

We were accompanied by Senior UX designers, Senior UI Designers, Head of the Design and Project manager. Each of them helped us to get all the project delivered as per our requirements and within the deadline period.

Our stakeholders and initial user testing were conducted. Their insights and scores on particular sections showed us, the product built by the Goprotoz team is user friendly .

We worked closely with the Design Head and Project Managers.

Customer experience has been our core interest and GoProtoz holds very strong interest in the same. They helped us to understand "how UX brings competitive edge to our product".
