I’m the director of Majeutika d.o.o., a Croatian Socialist Arts Exhibition.

We wanted new technologies with AR and VR for our exhibit.

We told them what we wanted and they took care of everything. We gave them pictures and videos and made it work. First, they explained the process and then developed an AR app for us. Their team created it with pictures, videos, and animations that pop up and push-button features to play music.

There were two directors and two developers working on the app.

We found them on Google and we saw that they had already done work for other cultural events in our hometown. We contacted their past clients and they were all satisfied with their services. We contacted Delta Reality then and were happy with the price.

We spent €4,500 (approximately $5,000 USD).

We worked together from November 2018–February 2019.

The main statistic we have is that 95% of the people that visit the exhibition use the app. 99% of those who use the app are satisfied with the app.

Everything was excellent about their project management approach. We communicate in person, through email, and on the phone.

I’m the managing director of a creative studio called Studio Tumpic.

We had a big European project, which required a lot of presentations about the history of a Croatian city and its landmarks. We needed help from a VR/AR company based in Croatia.

Delta Reality developed an AR project, which incorporated a VR game. Their team provided project mapping and the program’s wireframes. They created a product that allows users to walk through locations wearing AR glasses, which enables them to interact with the legend connected to the city.

We’ve worked with five people, including programmers and an operating manager. Delta Reality just assigned a project manager.

We searched for Croatian companies that specialize in VR/AR and found two. We held interviews and liked the way Delta Reality used AR the best.

We started working together in June 2017, and the collaboration is ongoing.

In terms of KPI, during the first three months after launch, 53% of 1,000 visitors rented the product. We've worked well together. Now, we have four projects that we’re developing.

I’m satisfied. Delta Reality hasn’t missed any deadlines. They’re growing so fast so they just assigned a project manager. We’ve worked mostly with the owner who communicates with their development team. It's been a little bit of a problem because he’s focused on different things.

I’m an account executive for a company that does a wide range of services for advertising, marketing, concept creation, create visuals, video materials, and everything that goes into advertising and marketing campaigns.

Our client publishes a brochure that has all sorts of visuals, products, and services. They wanted something up-to-date. We came up with the idea to create AR inside the brochure. People could download an app and see the beautiful house project that pops out from the magazine. In the application, they could choose roof colors.

They developed an AR brochure app. In the first version, we could only modify the color of the roof. They coded AR for wall materials like clay bricks and roof system solutions to build up a roof. We’re still updating the app.

I was mostly in contact with Jerko (COO, Delta Reality), who delegated the work to his team.

We hired them because they were excellent for the job.

We started working together in June 2018 and the work is ongoing.

Our local competition has nothing like this AR brochure. We wanted to do something better. The project won first place as the most innovative product from our client. Our award was also Delta Reality’s award because they created what we had in mind.

Everything went really smoothly. There were no delays nor problems that arose. They handled their part of the job extremely well. We got the AR application really quickly because they know what they’re doing. There were no communication issues.

The deadlines were always spot on or delivered early. We could count on them to deliver. Communication was excellent. It’s a pleasure working with them.

Clients have the upper hand because they dictate everything. You have to adjust yourselves to make the best out of it. Every aspect of the experience of working with Delta Reality is really great. No slightly major problems ever occurred and we’re very proud of that.
