I should preface this review by stating that I am a small business owner and a bit skeptical of marketers in general. While I believe wholeheartedly that marketing is quite critical for a company’s success, I have found that many marketers either 1.) offer solutions that are not aligned with my business’s goals or 2.) overpromise and substantially underdeliver. They actually delivered things faster than I could keep up with. I was slowing them down due to my slow response times!After the initial visuals they sent me, I provided a lot of feedback. They did a complete overhaul of the visuals they provided, ensuring I was 100% happy with their work.

I had someone dedicated to giving me updates about when things we're available for review. They delivered well on schedule. I wasn't a huge fan of managing a project through a slack channel but I don't have a better solution in mind.

I loved that I didn't have to poke them with a stick. They just got the job done. Provided actionable steps to look and review the work- sign off, the whole nine yards. It went by so quick.

It would have been nice to have some sort of landing space for the project- It wasn't a huge deal but sometimes I had to search drive of gmail looking for a document I wanted to look over- that was really my only small issue.
